GSSC Fun Run 2007

She's just joined SCB at that time &suddenly her boss, Rachel (now...ex-boss) told her to register for GSSC Fun Run...5km. She never run after she finished her school and not sure if she can run or not. But then Rachel said "Just do it! then u can run for Singapore Marathon". Singapore Marathon? what the hell is Singapore Marathon? She don't give a damn!

On the event day (19 May 07), she was late (as usual...aha!). The event was held in TPM, Bukit Jalil (5 mins away from her house). She was 5 mins late and peoples have started running when she came. She just run and completed the run about 45 mins. Suprisingly, Rachel got 2nd place and Catherine got 3rd place. Guess what??? Rachel was in mid of 30s and Catherine was in mid of 40s and they can run. Both ladies were Yoga freaks and now she knows what makes them fit! She felt sucks...she's still young and can't beat their timing. Started from this event, she picked up her interest in the run again. And yeah....she'slooking forward for Singapore Marathon ;)
